[FC4] how to list sockets?

Is there an equivalent to TCPview (for windows)?
A Program that lists TCP and UDP ports and the programs that use them.
netstat just showes the open ports, but not what Program it opened, or what what program is listening on it...

Example:

application | local | remote | status
Apache2 | 10.85.92.1:80 | 0.0.0.0: | LISTENING
